Synopsis:

When college football star Gavin Grey (Dennis Quaid, Dreamscape, Inner Space) marries his college sweetheart, Babs Rogers (Academy Award winner Jesicca Lange, Tootsie, Blue Sky), and gets picked up by the pros, his life couldn't be more perfect.

Over the next few decades, what starts out hunky-dory turns into an American dream unrealized, as Gavin's mood swings and childish ways get the better of him, his relationship with Babs and his promising career.
