Synopsis:

Armando Sancho (Collins Jr.) and Salim Adel (Gooding Jr.) are two ex-gangsters turn bad cops serving in the LAPD. Salim is an all-out corrupted scumbag while Armando is trying to come clean to internal affairs folks about a drug-related scandal in his division. While Salim is beyond any hope of redemption, Armando gets his conscience pricked by the haunting images of an innocent bystander that he accidentally shot and killed.
