Synopsis:

Beau Stoddard is an ex-FBI agent who is demoted to postal inspector after he does one of those "loose cannon"-type things, in this case, decking his superior.

After a domestic terrorist starts setting off bombs and killing people around Los Angeles, Stoddard and FBI agent Jane Dreyer (Berkley, Roger Dodger) team up to investigate. Their lives, and those of the city's millions, are at stake as they race against time to stop the terrorist.
