Demolition Man

Synopsis:

It's 2032 ? in a crime-free, everybody's-a-goody-two-shoes LA. Not for long. Sleeping beauty and ruthless braincase Simon Phoenix (Snipes, Passenger 57, Drop Zone, To Wong Foo) has broken out of cryogenic lock-up and gathered enough baddies and firepower to start his own war.

And who better to bring down the bleached flattop Billy Idol look-alike than the one who put him in jail in the first place, John Spartan (Stallone, Over The Top, Rocky, Tango And Cash, Driven)? These two have an old score to settle.

Put em' together and what do you get? Stallone and Snipes going head to head in a blow em' up, beat em' up adrenalin charged action thriller. Simon's cryogenic neighbor since 1996 after blowing up a building to save a little girl and causing the city $7 million in property damages, Spartan too, ends up in deep freeze. The city deems he ain't worth that much.

The peace-loving, peacekeeping cops in the not-too-distant future don't expect the kind of brutal violence Simon is capable of, so what Simon says he gets. That's until Spartan's hardened cop gets the thaw.
