Death to Smoochy

Synopsis:

Bribery. Power. A battle to the teeth. That's children's television for you. After a bribery charge knocks Rainbow Randolph (Oscar winner Robin Williams, Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire, The Dead Poets Society) out of the top spot of a children's television hit, white-as-Casper Sheldon, who plays a rhino Smoochy (Oscar nominee Edward Norton, American History X, Primal Fear, Fight Club) is asked to stand in. But when Smoochy has a little up close n' smoochy with Randolph's ex-girlfriend, we realize that purity is perhaps something best left to the kids themselves.

Now it's Mrs. Doubtfire versus Barney in an all-out battle to win at the popularity stakes. On the other horn, Sheldon has bigger things to worry about. Now a big hit with big power, he's also made powerful enemies. So put up your dukes. And may the best kid's plaything win.
