Synopsis:

When David's (Jerry O'Connell) girlfriend Sarah (Bridgette Wilson) heads for the Big Apple and leaves him with two months to decide if he wants to marry her, he finds himself between a rock and a hard place.

The impending marriage and tight "date-line" drive David into the arms of his womanizing buddies and to the streets, looking for love in L.A.'s singles scene, where he becomes acquainted with a mystery woman and reacquainted with the memories of a girl he once knew.The competition heats up when Sarah gets an offer from her debonair boss that she'd be a fool to refuse.
