Synopsis:

Millionaire Bruce Wayne, who lives a secret life as the Dark Knight of Gotham City, must now face a new set of bizarre but dangerous enemies. This time he has to contend with the vengeful Penguin, the dangerously seductive Catwoman and the unscrupulous businessman/wannabe-mayor Max Schreck as they become the latest perpetrators of a plot to destroy Gotham City.
