Synopsis:

The film is a funny and crude look at how the male mind operates when it comes to the female of the species. When it comes to loving and leaving them, Ted Davis is the champion hands down! He's not good-looking and he knows he's not God's gift to women, but he is just optimistic enough to think they're God's gift to him.

A self-styled ladies' man, committed to wining and seducing as many women as he can, he gets his comeuppance when the sexy Heather moves into the house next door. They live so close to each other that one night he actually hears her having sex. Her moans and groans both excite and annoy him--- how can a woman be having more fun than he has? He decides to make her one of his conquests, but she successfully rebuffs all his advances.

Pretty soon he's at his wits' end trying to ensnare her--- when all it takes is just good old trust and honesty--- two things he's sorely lacking!
