BabySynopsis: Larkin (Alison Pill, Midwives, Perfect Pie) was still mourning the death of her little brother when Sophie appeared on her doorstep. Rather than jump for joy and search for pelicans, she is shocked that her mother (Fawcett, Apostle, Double Exposure) decides to make the baby part of the family. Nobody asked her if she wanted to be an older sister. She already had a baby brother, who lay wasting away in the earth without so much as a name, while the new addition gets all the attention in the world. But a little time and a big internal struggle later, Sophie is accepted as part of the family. Then her real mother comes to get her.
