Along Came Polly

Synopsis:

Life for Reuben Feffer (Stiller, Meet The Fockers, Anchorman: The Legend Of Ron Burgundy) has always been measured, predictable, and safe. As a risk assessor for a prominent New York insurance firm headed by Stan Indursky (Baldwin, The Aviator, The Last Shot) he finds clients such as wealthy businessman and daredevil Leland Van Lew way too extreme for him.

Reuben's finally tying the knot with his realtor girlfriend Lisa Kramer (Emmy® Award winner Messing, The Wedding Date, Hollywood Ending). But the marriage is over even before it begins--- not even 24 hours into the honeymoon in St. Barts, Reuben catches his wife having sex with French scuba instructor Claude (Emmy® Award winner Hank Azaria, Eulogy, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story). He returns home, depressed.

His best friend, Sandy Lyle (Hoffman, Strangers With Candy, Cold Mountain), tries to get him onto the social scene again, and Reuben eventually bumps into Polly Prince (Golden Globe® and Emmy® Award winner Aniston, Bruce Almighty, The Good Girl), a girl he hasn't seen since junior high school. They are attracted to one another, but their differences prove to be a barrier.

Reuben can't stomach the spicy, exotic food that Polly loves to eat with her hands. He can't even eat with his bare hands. He can't dance, and Polly does a mean and sexy salsa on the dance floor. She forgets to put a new roll of toilet paper in her bathroom, and she keeps a blind ferret as a pet. He's obssessive-compulsive, and she's flighty.

How will it ever work between them? It's a tough road filled with slapstick gags and misadventures to prove that opposites do attract.
