Along Came a Spider

Synopsis:

IQ chart-topping braincase Gary Soneji wants renowned crime-detective, psychologist and best-selling author Alex Cross (Oscar nominee Morgan Freeman, The Shawshank Redemption, Seven) to write him into the criminal hall of fame. And for the crime of the century, he kidnaps the Senator's daughter.

Now it's up to Alex and his rookie partner Jessie (Monica Potter, Patch Adams) to trail the gory clues to the psycho and retrieve the girl, hopefully alive and kicking. But after the death of his previous partner, all Alex can think about is retreating into retirement obscurity. Reluctantly lured into this cat and mouse game, Alex finds waiting for him a red carpet of deadly mind games.
