Synopsis:

Based on Robert Penn Warren's 1946 Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, All The King's Men tells the story of a man's rise to power in Louisiana's world of politics. Willie Stark (Penn) is elected as a governor with the support of the lower social classes. But when Judge Irwin (Hopkins) support a group of Stark's enemies push for impeachment, Stark plays dirty to bring down the judge but ends up setting up his own ultimate downfall.
