Synopsis:

Boomer (Wiper) is a young, idealistic cop burned out by the corruption he sees on the beat. In an attempt to bring some sanity back into his life, he decides to leave the city. But after being ambushed by thieves, he is mistakenly identified as a government operative possessing a powerful computer chip, targeted by the Mafia! With time running out, Boomer must fight for his life, relying only on his hard-won wits to survive. First-time writer, director and star, Scott Wiper is helped along by an impressive supporting cast, including Lou Diamond Philips, Andre Braugher and Natasha Henstridge.
