Synopsis:

15 minutes is a thrilling proof of the power that the media wields in the current day and age. Arson investigator Jordy Warsaw (Burns, Sidewalks of New York, Life or Something Like It) is investigating a double murder committed by a couple of European criminals.

Though he's got celebrity cop Eddie Fleming (De Niro, Meet The Parents, The Score) to help him find the criminals, they're in for a surprise when he realizes that the criminals are videotaping their crimes to sell to a sleazy journalist.

Eddie and Jordy must somehow put an end to this bizarre chain of crimes and bring the criminals to justice.
